Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Clevedon, Nr Bristol

Salary: £11,500 - £13,500

PERMANENT These are Call Centre type roles, virtually all of their time will be spent on the telephone receiving inbound calls from Independent Financial Advisors and clients. So they need to want to do a role such as this and to have confident telephone skills and a very customer focussed approach, plus good keyboard skills.

They work in teams reporting to a Team Leader who in turn reports to the Department Manager.

Salary range £11500 - £13500 dependent on experience.

The top end would only be for people with lots of relevant experience in our industry.
