Job Title: Customer Service / Helpdesk Administrator Location: Nailsea, Nr Bristol Salary: upto £14,000 Our client is a national company offering a wide range of electrical services to the private and public sector. They have skilled personnel who are trained in all aspects of the trade including large office and commercial premises, shop and supermarket fitting, housing installations, fire alarms, security and door entry systems and general cabling. The electrical team are all members of the NICEIC and all plumbing undertaken is carried out by CORGI trained operatives ensuring compliance with gas regulations. Our client now requires someone to join the existing team to be the first point of contact for their clients. You need to have a first class telephone manner, you will be required to answer calls and log and book out engineers to attend clients. You will also be required to call engineers to inform them of appointments made.You will need to have a basic understanding of Word, Excel and email - Training will be given.
