Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Avonmouth,, Nr Bristol

Salary: upto £13,000 + Bonus+Benefits

A family owned company who is well established. They manufacture and distribute their products across the whole of the UK

. Due to continued growth they now require a Customer Service Administrator to join the current team within the HQ based in Avonmouth.

Main responsibilities will be:

. Dealing with customeršs orders via telephone, fax and email.

. Processing sales orders to the warehouse/accounts departments.

. Progress chasing orders.

. General administration duties.

You must possess a good telephone manner, with basic keyboard skills ideally from a customer service (telephone)/sales administration background.
