Job Title: Administrator's

Location: Nailsea,Nr Bristol

Salary: £12,750 (Review after 6 months)

FULLTIME 37.5 M-F

PART-TIME MIN 4 HOURS PER DAY M-F

Working for the regional office of a company that serves 2.5 million customers in the West Country

They currently have vacancies within the Correspondence team. Your duties will vary according to the position but will include:

Replying to customer billing enquiries by letter, email or phone Maintaining billing records

We are looking for people to join us who have:

. Excellent communication skills-written and verbal

. Good listening skills with the ability to 'problem solve'

. Fast and accurate keyboard skills

. Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
